All of our pork products are locally sourced and produced.
Canadian fresh and frozen beef steaks, roasts, and ground beef by the pound. All beef products are cut and ground by our qualified butcher. We carry Certified Angus Beef, only the top 3% of beef qualifies. Learn more about Certified Angus Beef here.
We carry fresh and frozen free-run whole chickens and chicken products from local Manitoba farms.
Our handcrafted, high-quality deli meats are free from added Fillers and always naturally smoked. We only use Bothwell Cheese in select products and many of our products are gluten wise.

Are Your Products Gluten Free?
While many of our deli meats and sausage products are made without gluten, we still have gluten present in our processing plant. We take the utmost care in ensuring that products are not cross-contaminated with allergens ensuring our products are gluten-wise. For this reason, we are unable to guarantee that our products are free from gluten. Please take care and exercise caution if you have severe allergies.
Where are your meat products sourced?
All of our pork and beef products are Canadian sourced. The majority of our meats are sourced from Manitoba farmers. Thank you for supporting your local farmers and shopping local!
Why is my ground beef brown in the center
Made without dyes, fillers, organs, or grinding ice. Because we don’t use dyes, it’s completely normal for your ground beef to be brown in the center due to the natural oxidization process of meats
